Our Revenue Models
Revenue Streams
Node Rental Fees: AI innovators will pay fees to rent computational nodes within the network. These fees are structured on a per-use basis depending on the duration and intensity of usage.
Transaction Fees: A small percentage of each transaction is charged as a service fee to facilitate the rental process. This fee can be a flat rate or a percentage of the total rental cost.
Tiered Pricing Model: Different tiers have separate prices based on the computational power provided, with higher prices for more powerful nodes. This allows for flexibility and caters to the varying needs of AI innovators. See tiers here
Fee Structure
Base Fee: A base fee for renting nodes that covers operational costs and ensures profitability is established. This could range from $0.10 to $3.50 per hour, depending on the computational capacity of the node. Check out the Pricing Model.
Percentage Fees: A reasonable percentage fee from each completed rental transaction could be set between 5% to 10%. This percentage is competitive within similar markets and ensures that both contributors and NodeGPT benefit from transactions.
Profit Distribution
Contributor Incentives: A portion of the fees collected is allocated to contributors who provide computational resources. This is structured as a revenue-sharing model where contributors receive a fixed percentage of the fees generated from their rented nodes. The fees are used to buy back $NODE from the market and distributed to contributors.
Reinvestment into Infrastructure: A percentage is reinvested into upgrading infrastructure and expanding the network, ensuring long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
